The pressure comparison pumps LR-Cal BT 400-OX (and BT 800-OX) are used to generate pressure e.g. for checking and calibrating all kinds of pressure instruments by means of comparison.
If the unit under test and a suitable accurate reference pressure instruments are connected to the pressure comparator LR-Cal BT 400-OX (and BT 800-OX) , the generated pressure is applied to both pressure ports. By comparison of unit under test with reference instrument, pressure calibrations can be carried out.
For fine adjustment of the generated pressure the pressure comparator LR-Cal BT 400-OX (and BT 800-OX) are suited with a fine adjustable ram screw. Only low force is needed for operation.
